OilPaintBrush -- apply oil paint effect to brush (V5.0)
Synopsis
OilPaintBrush(id, radius)
Function
This command applies an oil painting effect to the specified brush.
The radius argument specifies the oil paint radius. The larger the
radius you specify here, the longer this function needs to calculate
the resulting images.
Note that this function cannot be used with palette brushes.
