PixelateBrush -- zoom pixel cells of a brush (V5.0)

Function
This command can be used to enlarge the pixel cells of the specified
brush. Every pixel in the brush will be zoomed to the size specified in
the cellsize argument. Pixelization will start in the top-left corner
of the brush.
Note that when using Miniwood, this function requires filters library.
