Synopsis
d$ = UTCToDate(u$)
Function
This function can be used to convert the UTC date passed in u$ to a local date. The u$ parameter must be in Hollywood's standard date format, i.e. dd-mmm-yyyy hh:mm:ss. See CompareStr for details.

To convert a local date back into a UTC date, use the DateToUTC() function. See DateToUTC for details.
