Could be a DPI problem. Maybe the screen used by the macOS arm64 system has a different DPI than the other systems. Have you read this?

Btw, for AmigaOS users it might also be noteworthy that the old design with an external file called Polybios.ext is now a thing of the past. Since Hollywood 11 doesn't load plugins automatically any longer, it's now all in a single file but as mentioned above, there are two different versions: pdf.h...
