Yes, that's because of some GTK weirdness. Don't really have an idea how / if that could be fixed because it's two distinct programs running independently of each other and one shouldn't be able to affect the other at all...

I've checked and it looks like there is still no "official" color picker that could be used so I guess I'll stick with the custom one for the time being...
