Your Plugins directory contains a subdirectory with the name Plugins, but no plugin files. That can't work.
So move all plugins from the subdirectory up one level into the correct Plugins directory and then delete the empty subdirectory. The
ls -la Plugins then should return at least a result similar like this:
drwxr-xr-x 3 juan juan 4096 feb 13 23:40 .
drwxrwxr-x 5 juan juan 4096 may 20 10:08 ..
-rwxr-xr-x 1 juan juan 211432 mar 7 17:57 mp3enc.hwp

Well, even with this subdirectora Hollywood compiled ejecutables, for example Los Malditos' Tournament that uses oggvorbis and avcodec. This is the reason why I don't know where is the problem.

Geez, how about a word of thank you to Flinx who gave you very clear instructions on how to solve the issue this thread is all about (plugin constants being not found)? If you have more problems then open a new thread but I think Flinx has clearly told you how to solve the issue described in this thread.
