which software to make apng files do you use ?

hello bugala, allanon and andreas
i would like to use apng animations and i would like to know wich software or internet application do you think is the best for ?
i tried gimp + apng plugin but without any succes

Hmmm animated pngs? I forgot they existed. Given that GIF has for a longer time supported transparency is there a reason why you cannot use that format instead?

hello
yes it was only to try the apng format on hollywood. of course as the sprites are pixel art made, i can use gif sprites
just a question about software to use for but yes i can make gifs .

@steff285: Look no further: Hollywood's APNG plugin can write APNG files just fine!
@djrikki: APNG can use alpha channel transparency and 24-bit graphics which GIF doesn't support so APNG is actually quite useful.
