If I toggle ViewMode and LabelPos of a Toolbar that is a Window not yet open I would expect that when I decide to open the Window the properties have already been refreshed and updated in the background, however what happens is when I do finally open the Window it is at that point that the toolbar gets refreshed and you 'visually' see the toolbar 'reshape' itself into the chosen settings.

This definitely sounds like something for Thore or Jens and not for MUI Royale because it's internal TheBar.mcc behaviour. Please complain at:
