RapaGUI installer recommends TheBar.mcc 26.17 or higher... GitHub latest version is 26.16.

Is this a typo or do I need to download it from elsewhere?

It hasn't been released yet. I've uploaded some nightly builds which you can use until the new versions are released. See here:
