Transparent Sprite-Brush on Workbench

I'm trying to programming a joke with transparent sprites or brushes, where there is animations, show in the Workbench screen or Windos Desktop, for example as the Appe example but with animation, I have in mind will try to make a little joke as the famous Virtual Girl Desktop from PC, well, but with Anime drawed sprites. How I can refresh and clean the screen after of every frame?
