How cancel the Jump screen keys

How I can cancel the jump screen keys: Alt+Tab in Windows and Left Amiga+M in Amiga systems, for example if I make a screen saver with password protection in your system with these keys you can jump to your system and the screen saver protection is useless, or if you can make a lock system program for example with this keys, nothing.

isnt the screen saver supposed to stop as soon as you push ANY button ?
anyway i think it is possible hiting windows system (registry) so...

Here is the problem these system keys are activaded under Windows and Amiga and without cans cancel it make lock and screensavers program haven't interest because a lock program will be a joke.

to me it look like correct to NOT block them i.e the OS should NOT be cut out by programs
what if your program halt ? and you have already "block" ctrl+at+delete ?
what if your program is NOT good wiling but bad willing (virus-malware) ?

Sorry, I won't implement any functionality that allows you to hijack the host system. I don't want my software to be responsible for such apps
