Is there currently an SDK for creating plugins for Hollywood? If not, will one be made available any time soon?

Is there currently an SDK for creating plugins for Hollywood? If not, will one be made available any time soon?
Sorry, there is no SDK available and it does not have a high priority either. The reason for this is that IMHO there is little interest for a SDK and releasing one means a lot of work to me. Thus, I won't do a public SDK before someone REALLY (i.e. someone with a big promising project) needs it
