Hi Andreas,

Could you add tooltype/argument options that would allow the user to specify where a window will open on the screen (X=, Y=) as well as for the starting width and height of the window (unless otherwise specified in the Preprocessor commands)?

This was already planned for 4.0 but didn't make it into the release because of a lack of time. It will however be implemented in the next update.
