Just wonder if there any plans in making Hollywood Designer for more platform out side of Amiga, it great on the Amiga, but sometime wish I could run it on my PC. Just a thought?

has been discussed in past, and it has been told that it was too much MUI depended, thats why it is a bit diffcult.
However you never know with new RapaGUI evolution maybe some day

Personally I like that it is Amiga only, it is the reason I turn on my Sam440EP on every now and then, and I very much like everytime I do so and tingle with Sam otherwise too. Otherwise it would be much much less in use.

Basically if I would have nice amount of money, I would actually by one of those X1000s or something, well, one of the most powerful Amigas available and the motivation for that would in great part be to have a very powerful machine to run Designer, although I would plan to put it to use for some other things too, but Designer would be one of the biggest motivation to me as in, how do I justify buying this expensive machine when there really isn't much at all that it can do that I couldn't do with something else, except for Designer.

Porting GUI applications to other platforms is a lot of work. Of course, some code from RapaGUI could be used but it would still be a huge endeavour so it's rather unlikely. but never say never

I thought that the point of Hollywood, write once, run on anything!

Thats true for a hollywood application using RapaGUI

At the time of designer was only MUI Royale which is amiga only
Also maybe designer is not 100% hollywood app
