Polybios writes some temp files (tmp300000 etc), at least with big pdf files like this: link
On MorphOS the temp files are written into T: (RAM), but on 68k setups it writes the files on HD instead of RAM. This probably is because it's assumed that 68k setups don't have much memory available, but it isn't the case always nowadays, because there are emulators or modern expansions with lots of RAM.
Is there a way to change where it writes the temp files? Sometimes users have more RAM than HD space And HD access may be a lot slower...

Re: Polybios temp files
Currently it's not possible to change this. Could be added for a future version, though.
