Locking Elements

I may have missed the option, but if not it'd be nice to have a way to lock an element in it's position once properly placed.

- New: Added option to lock objects in place to the "Objects" menu; if you set the "Locked" option in the
"Objects" menu, the object will be no longer grabbable in the main window; if you need to select the
object, you must do so in the object manager; locked objects will be visually highlighted in the object
manager using a small lock icon on top of it; locking objects in place can be useful to avoid accidental
changes to the design once an object has been put into its final position
