Caveats added to readme of SQLite wrapper

Hi,

The latest sqlite version on Aminet for all amigoids is 3.34a. This version is 100s of times faster than the 3.6.1 version it replaced so is my preferred setup. Using this version from the shell accepts views with CTEs and window functions and accepts partial indices. The current SQLite wrapper for Hollywood, however, reports database files utilizing this functionality as corrupt when they are first opened as it reports as version 3.6.1. You can "uncorrupt" the database by dropping the offending views or indices and rewriting in older syntax.

The documentation indicates that this wrapper was tested with SQLite 3.7.3. It took a bit of frustration and experimentation to determine the above caveats with 3.34a. My wish is that these caveats be added to the readme of the Hollywood SQLite wrapper so others know ahead of time. Thanks.
