hello andreas hello all

here is what i did to play a simple mp3 music

so

@SCREEN {Mode ="ask", depth=16}
@DISPLAY {title = "yogib33r delights / vitalmotion 2012 'control+c to quit'", Width = 800, Height = 600}
openmusic (1, "HappyQuest.mp3")
playmusic(1)
waitleftmouse()

as on windows as on linux openmusic is not recognize even
if i put the mp3 AND the codec (***.hws) next to the exe

i simply get mad and do not know how to make it work

pleaz help me

You have to use the .hwp file, not hws.

humm sorry but mp3 doesn't work from my peg1 to pc

of course i did put the mp3 and the codec.hwp with

so then error on line 4 about openmusic with unknown format

pleaz help me

It must work. Upload the executable along with the source script somewhere and I'll check what's wrong there.

Works here. Really no clue why it doesn't work for you. What Windows are you on?

i did test it under linux 64 opensuse 12.1 and it failed

i go tring the same under win vista 64 and go back to you

ps: instead of openmusic if i write in code @MUSIC make the
mp3 being compiled in the exe yes ? regards to you

for linux i do not know but on windows it works fine
even if it tells me that "avcodec.hwp isn't a executable"

so then it works !
