After updating Hollywood to version 5.2 LoadAnim refuses to load a gif animation with alpha channel. It claims that there is no alpha channel.
Loading worked fine with the previous Hollywood version. I haven't made any changes to my code or altered the gif file in any way. I just recompiled my program and got the error message.

Huh? GIF anims don't support alpha channel at all. If Hollywood 5.0 didn't complain about that, then it was a bug in Hollywood 5.0

I didn't noticed that the transparency wasn't working. It's a "wait animation" and played on a blank black screen. Apparently Hollywood replaced the transparent colour with black and that's why it looked fine.
