I can't easily test, so I ask it:
Is it possible to run clean MUI Royale application without RTG system?

No, it's not possible currently because internally Hollywood still requires a lot of CyberGraphX's functionality. Of course, this could all be disabled if one wanted to create just plain GUIs with Hollywood but I don't think its worth the effort.
