You should be able to copy your Hollywood folder from C:\Program Files to a USB stick and run Hollywood from there. I can't see why this shouldn't work.

Hollywood doesn't work in portable from an USB, I tryed to run a project and Hollywood show me a message where Windows doesn't find the Hollywood, also it finds the interpreter, and only I could run the ide.exe the Hollywood.exe doesn't run neither shows error messages, nothing.Andreas wrote:You should be able to copy your Hollywood folder from C:\Program Files to a USB stick and run Hollywood from there. Of course you'll also have to copy the files Hollywood.exe and Hollywood.key to the portable device and also set paths accordingly in the settings.

I have copied all files even Hollywood makes a ini with the paths for the examples, but to run a project appears this problem.Andreas wrote:Of course you'll also have to copy the files Hollywood.exe and Hollywood.key to the portable device and also set paths accordingly in the settings.

Andreas I found the problem to make Hollywood portable, the ide no change this line "Hollywood path=G:\Hollywood" with the Hollywood path, this do it manually, the ide.ini only change the path for files open.
