i have several layers, and i like save one of them with a filter aplied with setlayerfilters, is possible save this layer transformed?
only this layer, if i use converttobrush, for example, ever save the original file, maybe is possible using another method? using borders, shadows etc, i have the same problem

No, that's not possible because Hollywood stores all these parts as separate bitmaps. But you should be able to use the appropriate filter function from the brush library to get a similar effect.
