Include MUI-Royale libraries onto archives.

Hello!
I want to publish my project soon. I also wrote an installer-script for it.
It shall install the mui.royale libraries, if needed, too. So they have to be included into the archive.
In the MUI-Royale guide,permession has to be asked to you, when MUI-Royale shall be published on cover-disks.
I think, my project will surely be published on coverdisks.
Is it allowed to put the librarys into my archive in this case??
Of course, the archive will only contain the files muiroyale.hwp and muiroyale.hwc
