This attribute can be used to set the catalog string index for the object.
This is only supported by widgets which allow you to pass a text string
as part of its XML declaration, e.g. widgets of type Button class.
You have to pass the index of the catalog string for the widget in this tag,
either as a numeric value or as a Hollywood constant.
