Set the window width in device-independent pixels. This must be set to a value
in device-independent pixels. At initialization time you may
alternatively also pass one of the following special values:

Calculate width from the default sizes of all widgets.
Screen:<1..100>-
Set width as a percentage of the host screen's total width.
