PolarDistortBrush parameters swapped?

It seems to me that the parameters rmin and rmax of PolarDistortBrush are swapped. I get "Check parameters" error messages if I set rmin to 0 and rmax to e.g. 500.

Nice spot! They're indeed swapped. I'll just fix the order in the documentation to avoid breaking compatibility with old scripts. So "rmax" has to come before "rmin".
