What is the goal - appropriately speaking - of this project?
A game or a real life business application?

If it will be a game, I don't think the native GUI will satisfy players enough.
In regards of a business application, then it looks like quite a complex idea.

I have a working commercial application for a soccer club player/medical and money management written in Hollywood. I could gladly show a demo version, but it displays hungarian language messages, so can't see much.

the goal is to create a game like my own favourites:
Bundesliga Manager Hattrick.
Therefore you are right, the game dynamic of this "simulation" is "dry" to a large extend.
I hope to get some dynamics into it by showcasing the game, but that is yet to come.
